III EDICIÓN DEL FESTIVAL DOS MARES

Del 30 de marzo al 8 de abril el Jardín del Turía alberga la III edición del Festival Dos Mares, organizado por el renovado Centro Galego de Valencia. El objetivo de este Festival es el de aunar las tradiciones de las tierras gallegas con las valencianas, aderezado con otras culturas como la mediterránea, la irlandesa , la escocesa y la asturiana, rompiendo con la imagen que se tiene de la poca integración de aquellas personas que están lejos de su hogar

El evento surgió desde la conciencia del imaginario colectivo de los lugares que han sido, a lo largo de la historia, punto de acogida de inmigrantes cantábricos, de la idea de integración de esas personas

El Festival está compuesto por una serie de stands, la gran mayoría en el tramo IX del Jardín del Turia (entre el puente de Calatrava y el de Las Flores), también habrá música en directo de grupos especializados en música procedente del norte como La Requinta da Laxeira, Eduard Navarro i La Banda de l’AgredolÇ, Samain, L’Horta Folk o The Pet Pipers’ Project, comida, y bebida, talleres, cuentacuentos …

III edición del Festival Dos Mares
